A Room at the Top, Mr Bradley First floor Two Bedroom & Bathroom Extension over our existing Garage To whom it may concern I can honestly say from our initial home visit at design stage right through to final project completion the service provided by Brad and his team was exemplary. Initially all sketch proposals were discussed in length until we agreed the scheme that would form the basis of our fixed quotation. Brad arranged both the architect who prepared fully dimensioned drawings which were submitted and approved by the planning department and the Building control officer who ensured correct procedures were adhered to. This was a difficult contract which involved the majority of our existing roof being removed which Brad duly protected every evening which allowed construction of the primary extension walls and the new structure “to the amazement of both us and our neighbours” it was watertight again within one week. The brick work, roof tiles and windows selected by Brad were an exact match to our existing house and within no time at all it looked like the extension had always been there. The Internal builders work and carpentry was undertaken by Brad and his team to a first class standard , whilst Brad overseen the plumbing and electrical work which was in the price but undertaken by his regular subcontractors. We were delighted with the finished job which as promised only took 9 weeks. A Room at the Top are excellent trustworthy company with tradesmen who can be left unattended and ultimately offer a superb Turnkey service from start to finish.
