A SNAPSHOT of The End of The Obama Race. It isnt always the battles that Obama faced in his presidency but it is the END RESULTS that matter. SO HOW IS AMERICA DOING? Unemployment is at 5.9% lowest it has been in 6 years! Last month 248,000 jobs were added to the working class. I believe part of that growth is from the government refusing to pay people to sit on their asses and all I can say about that is , it is about damn time. The housing market is showing a rise because Obama put in place a cap for interest rates on home loans through 2015! The US Deficit is going down believe it or not , with the new added jobs and increased revenues in taxes from working Americans our country is no longer as crippled as we were and infact is on track to surplus this month. Surplus! The Affordable Care Act while it has hit the economy hard and also put a strain on the deficit does have some benefits some people have not thought of or care to know anything about. It has caused a BOOM in medial job growth and prompted more Americans to enter college for medical training. This is actually good for America because the more people doing a job the more competition and that drives down the care costs for the average little guy like me. As more Americans are educated that will naturally increase the flow of taxes and help to stimulate the economy. In a way the Affordable Care Act has really helped us as a whole but the short term costs of the program initiation and the tweaking that is needed will continue to hit us hard for a while but it too will level out and with the Government showing a surplus trend it is clear that the A.C.A. is not as big of a burden as we were lead to believe. As elections are around the corner , the real questions you need to ask yourself before voting is. If republicans take office will they continue the growth or hurt it, and if the democrats keep office will they continue to surplus the government pulling us father out of the holes that the pre-Obama president started that drove us into recession to begin with. No one really knows and we are all waiting to see who the candidates are going to be. One thing is for certain for me and that is I am ready for Change, I want a new president but with that being said I want a president that will continue to move America forward and not dismantle is the programs in place that are apparently working and helping us economically bounce back.
