A SOCIAL-POLITICAL QUESTION There are two areas A and B in the same city in close vicinity with a common problem, Power Cut. Area A is dominated by illiterate/ semi literate slum dwellers,very few educated but not aware of their civil rights etc. Many involved in petty crimes also.They never discuss any national level issues.Rozi roti men mast. One Dada type family managing their local affairs. Area B is dominated by highly educated, thinkers, enlightened persons, Irrespective of their financial status, they sometimes assemble, discuss and try to do something for good of their locality, city and nation. There is an announcement by local admn. that all the Mohallas, suffering from Power Cut, should submit their specific problem through a joint representation signed by all. NOW my humble question is; Which of the area A and B shall promptly draft the application and get it signed by all before the other area? (Respected FB friends, please dont take this post lightly, your answer shall unveil the reality of our political system as on date.-Thanks!)
