A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO A FRIEND, COLLEAGUE AND BROTHER DR Chinedu Odina: Thank you very much Dr Chinedu ODINA. You encouraged me to sit for the MRCP (UK) examinations many years ago. The diploma has paid-off and I am grateful to you. You encouraged me when the rest were discouraging me. They said the exams were extremely tough and difficult to pass. They said the exams were almost impossible to be cleared and completed by black African doctors such as me. They said white doctors dread to even attempt the exams let alone a black man. They said the examiners are always biased against foreign doctors. But you encouraged me. Well, I forged ahead and made it and it has paid off big time.
