A SPECIAL THANKS TO OUR POLICE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES While the rest of us were home with our families today, special thanks are due to our police and emergency workers who were on duty today. My Lindesay Highway was flush with police units from dusk til dawn. I would like to also thank the QPS who patrolled the Camp Cable- Edelsten corridor today. Our families were exchanging waves with officers on the road and it was great to see Edelsten Road safe from dangerous drivers. Our community data collection strategy has yielded great results and the increased police presence will go a long way to keep the menaces off the road. The zero tolerance approach has been warmly embraced by the community majority and the message is loud and clear. So thanks Queensland Police and Logan District Traffic Branch for making it happen.
