Today I took my first Block along with my pink drink & Accelerator with my largest meal of the day, which is usually breakfast. I am Type 2 Diabetic, prescribed Metformin 2x day, taken at breakfast & Dinner. I also took Metformin as prescribed. Felt great, then realized I was a little less energetic than normal, it was 1:00pm. I realized, I missed snack & lunch because I wasnt hungry! Diabetics need to eat proper snacks & meals at regular intervals to keep glucose even. I checked my glucose, it was 90. Norm range for me is 90-130. Something to consider mentioning to Diabetic customers is: Remember to eat so you wont crash! Other than that, Im thinking this product may be perfect for people like me! Chris
