A School Mum has written in and asked: How do you deal with other Mums at school who have excluded you, said nasty things about you behind your back to other mums to ensure they dont befriend you? Ive been really emotionally hurt personally by a mother at my kids school and Im not sure how to deal with it. At the moment Im staying quiet and ignoring and avoiding but I feel quite down that now Im the lonely one. Not that I want to have friends like that but I have to admit I thought my kids were at school not me. Sorry if this topic has been tackled already, I really needed to get it off my chest. Sort of feel alone in tackling it. Thanks so much.
