Starting with first answer from Kailash Pandey. [ Quora ] During AAP regime, we were having construction of the 1st floor of our house in one of the recently authorized colonies of North Delhi. MCD and Delhi Police has this habit of asking for money at the time of casting of roof. So they came when we casted roof of our ground floor and ask for 25k and somehow we settled it for 15k. Now during the casting of 1st floor roof, since AAP was in charge of Delhi, nobody came. However none of the two bodies is under their Delhi Gov., such was their effect! what happened later is, AAP resigned after 49 days and by the time, we had our 2nd floor roof casting. Result: Both bodies came and asked for double money since they were not paid for the construction of 1st floor.
