A Swift Company driver...that explains it all. Good grief. Fact...if you have a CDL and are carrying a load or are in a commercial vehicle, then you are obligated to let these people search and/or examine your load at any checkpoint. Additionally, you are obligated as a CDL holder and driver to let them examine your logs and perform a safety evaluation on your rig. This was a simple citizen checkpoint and had this moron just told the officers that he was a U.S. citizen he would have rolled on down the highway. He got exactly what he deserved.
