If a theistic god is not detectable, then nobody could have detected him (her or it), in order to be inspired to write ‘holy’ books (like the Bible). Either way then, a Theistic god does not exist. However, a ‘Deistic’ god might exist. But some people don’t have a clue what that means (even though it would comfort them).
