A THOUGHT FOR MY MOTO FRIENDS: Ive been reading in photography newsletters recently that the mystery behind Death Valleys Moving Rocks has been solved. As far as dirt riders are concerned, I dont believe that anyone who has attempted to ride across a flooded dry lake would consider it a mystery. The hard lake bottom combined with the wet/flooded clay provides what may be the slipperiest surface in the universe. Heavy winds would have no trouble skidding a rock across the super-greasy lake bottom (and now scientists have proven the obvious, hurray)... ;-) nps.gov/deva/planyourvisit/the-racetrack.htm
