A TRIBUTE TO THE SCI FI CAFE - Closing its doors in Burlington in November - Moving to New Location Lynn Baumgartner Hey Mary, I am watching H2 and see the speakers you had at your place over the last few years on the show. I just sit here and say, I know, him, I talked to him, I gave him a copy of my picture of strange objects in the sky. Next I am listing to the topics and keep thinking about how we have been talking about these things with these people at your place for years. To all of you that missed Mary Sutherland conferences at the sci-fi cafe I will be the first to say you missed some great speakers and great times. I had a great time working with Brad and Mary over the last 10 years. The research we have done, the questions we have asked all to find the truth. My friend Mary know so much about history in areas people assume the history books are correct. Thank you Mary for sharing the question really?? are you sure?? And you are right - its been a great run for the last 10 years and I for one am looking forward to what we uncover in the next 10 years. The circle is completing. The cafe has given a lot of people the opportunity to visit with people they probably would never have been able to do so - especially sharing friendships with them as we have through the years. Soon the cafe in Burlington will be no more... I wonder how many people will appreciate what we did there for the last 10 years as you seem to do. I guess time will tell. We closed the library and conference room today and I suspect that the cafe on pine street will be seeing its last days in November.
