A Teen Tern Perspective: Grace Bland Today I worked on my Facebook Exhibition! I have started writing my labels and creating my catalog. I really love working on the catalog only because I explore more creative options and it is actually pretty fun to mess with formatting, colors, fonts and just about anything that will give my catalog some pizzazz! Aside from the computer features; a catalog stretches the learning experience past just looking at a piece and reading the wall label. Whenever you find a favorite piece in the museum, see if there is catalog to go with the gallery. Chances are there probably is and it will probably explore the piece in greater depth. They might seem like huge books, but some catalogs have really cool interviews with the artist, video recommendations, and lots of pictures to keep you interested.
