A US Airways passenger traveling with an emotional support animal - TopicsExpress

A US Airways passenger traveling with an emotional support animal learned a very hard lesson the other day -- Pigs cant fly - at least in coach. The unnamed passenger boarded the jetliner in Connecticut -- with a seventy pound pot-bellied pig, the New York Post reports. It wasnt so much the pig that bothered her fellow passengers -- it was the smell. Jonathan Skolnik had the misfortune of being seated next to the lady. He discovered the only thing worse than having a pig tethered to your arm rest is having an incontinent pig tethered to your arm rest. As if that wasnt bad enough - the pooping pig got loose and took off down the aisle squealing at other passengers. At that point the lady and her pig were ordered off the plane. Maybe she should have just put the pig in a blanket? You know, its a good thing she wasnt flying out of Memphis International. Theyve got three barbecue joints at the airport. The pig never wouldve made it past the TSA checkpoint.
