A VERY PRACTICAL SUGGESTION Dr. S. K. Phull has given a very practical suggestion to end the woes of ailing HPKVV, Palampur. The government should actively consider it. Dr. Phull may not be considered just as one of the the frustrated HPKVV pensioners waiting for his pension for the past SEVEN months. He is one of highly respected intellectuals of HP too. He is author of several books. Dr. Phulls solution can be applied to Dr. Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture & Forestry, Solan too, which is also sailing in the same boat and where also the retired employees are waiting for their pension for the past three months.
