A View from the Mountain October 2014 September was just a blur. There was a hint of fall, and then the warm dry days followed and the leaves have already just about reached their peak. Activities at the Center flowed at a nice easy pace with Penny and me spending a little time moving the leftover stones from a century and a half year old quarrying operation attempting to create a spot where people can pause for a moment on their walks and contemplate. Barbara and Frank Christina are back from their summer sojourn to be connected to the healing energy of John of God and are ready to share their experiences and healing with others. Wayne is mowing the fields, and Martha is very busy doing her mystical portraits. This month the Living from Within Holistic Life Center in Conway is hosting a holistic and wellness day on Sunday October 19th. I will have a table, along with Martha and Rose. We had a wonderful visit from healer Rose Neves-Grigg and her husband Ben recently. Many of you had a chance to meet her at the open mic psychic night. She will be back to participate in the wellness fair on the 19th. I will begin a new NGH hypnosis certification course on Friday, October 17th. If you are interested in becoming a certified hypnotist, please call or email. If you are interested in learning hypnosis but do not want to do it professionally, there is a special price to just monitor the course. The regular Wednesday night METAPHYSICAL DISCUSSION GROUP starts at 7 pm, and you are always welcome. It is free. We will have two OPEN MIC PSYCHIC NIGHTS in October: Tuesday the 14th and Thursday the 30th. They will start at 6:30 pm. Donations accepted.
