A Well Known Company Located in Sheraton, Heliopolis needs to hire the Following Post:- Education Counselor Requirements:- • 0-2 Years of experience • Bachelor degree Minimum –Translation, Literature, Marketing, English or any other related field • High social and soft skills • High proficiency in English ( oral and written) • Accuracy • Time management • Productivity • High ability to learn • Computer skills Job description: • Attend to all phone and email inquiries regarding education and universities programs • Update website content with new programs, activities and any other relevant information in coordination with the administrative department • Attend and extend all trainings that related to Reach Study Abroad business • Update the CRM with contacts details for potentials, new clients and existing clients • Suggest any new performance criteria for the team and update the accountant a& HR advisor • Update the branch accountant of clients refunds through formal communication • Update the branch accountant with the payments dues, whether it was the first or the second installment (through formal communication) • Inform the operations officer with the appointment with potential clients and assure his/her presence • Create, coordinate and attend appointments with potential clients whether via phone, internet or in the office • Receive and attend to clients’ complaints and working on resolve them, report to the team leader with this regards • Providing consultation to clients with the best destination option for studying • Collect initial fees from the client and submit them to the education manager • Handout the receipt of payment to clients for signing after taking a photocopy of the passport, and submit the copy of passport and the singed receipt to the branch accountant • Inform the client with any changes or updates regarding his/her case • Communicate all concerns and inquiries from Reach Study Abroad team to the client after signing and vice versa To more Information Please Contact Us: E-mail: cv@cdo-eg
