A Well Known Company Located in Sheraton, Heliopolis needs to hire the Following Post:- Immigration Consultant Requirements:- • 0– 2 Years Minimum of experience (May be entry level) • Bachelor degree At the discretion of management or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, English or any other related field • Solid in English skills (oral and written) • Accuracy • High computer skills • High communication skills • Attention to details • Organization • Ability to carry out tasks on time • Productivity Job description: • Attend to all phone and email inquiries regarding immigration programs • Attend to walk in potential clients and make sure they fill in the feedback forms • Sending programs material for those who are interested via email • Update the CRM with contacts’ details for potentials, new clients and existing clients • Study and evaluate all incoming immigration requests by using preset evaluation criteria and inform the potential client of result by email or telephone • Follow up with clients after sending evaluation to explain the results and to get feedback • Arrange and coordinate all logistics related to appointments with potential clients • Conduct any other duties or tasks assigned by the management or the principal immigration consultant. • Attend all trainings that related to Reach Immigration’s business • Suggest marketing ideas, send social media content and newsletter content • Attend other consultants/senior/advisor meetings for learning and evaluation • Maintain good relations with clients after signing, to achieve referrals • Refer and/or coordinate potential education clients to Study Abroad counselor • Maintain relations and handle clients referred by premier partner • Carry on all tasks and duties that are given by the supervisor / upper management and are consistent with the major framework with the position • Update the Admin department of refunds through formal communication • Assuring the engagement of the operations officer in the signing event • Assuring the engagement of the business consultant for investor scheme clients • Support and/or solving problems related to clients’ operations upon the request of experts and/or clients • Send all inquiries and additional comments that business consultants or experts may have to the client • Travel to proposed immigration countries upon the request of management to enhance competency • Engage the business consultant in the early stage of the selling pipeline if the potential client was an investor and had some concerns about the proposed business • Prepare the contract to be signed by the client by filling the contract template with the client’s data • Collect initial fees from the client and submit them to the Administrative Department ( Branch Accountant) To more Information Please Contact Us: E-mail: cv@cdo-eg
