A Womens Unspoken Guide to Bathroom Etiquette: Rule #1: Stall Selection Stall selection is critical. Never choose a stall that is adjacently connected to an occupied stall. Be the example. For instance, if there are 5 stalls on one wall, choose 1,3,or 5. It is not recommended that you choose 2 or 4 because this limits stall selection. Once you have chose n the perfect stall, you are now ready too move forward with the next steps. Rule #2: Never talk on your cellphone while you are in your stall or the person closest to your location will inevitably engage in a conversation that will be awkward for you both. Rule #3: Courtesy flushes are always welcomed. If you are fortunate to be in an environment where Lysol is provided, use it liberally. Rule #4: Unless the person closest to your location is related to you or a very good friend, engaging in conversation is not encouraged. Singing is not acceptable either. This is not a good time to compliment your neighbors shoes, no matter how awesome they are or belt out your rendition of Oh Happy Day. Rule #5: Before you leave your perfectly selected stall, ensure your area is clean and everything is in its place..ladies, you know what I mean. Rule #6: Always wash your hands. Scrubbing your hands with warm water and soap for 30 seconds is a must. Do not do a sink fly-bye. Rule #7: Check yourself in this order: hair, makeup, full nose sub-perimeter, teeth, outfit. By following the above unwritten guidelines, this will ensure a positive experience for you and those you share the bathroom with.
