A are regarded as the largest nation-less people in the world.. While the whole world especially the West keep worrying about the existence of a certain ethnic/religious group of people surrounded by enemy nations, these "other" people are left out of all international thought and action. Spread over 6-7 countries, they were never an independent nation but however, they retained their identity, culture and unique language. In the 20th century, while other assertive races/tribes tended to achieve nationhood on cultural or racial lines, they being on the wrong side of colonialism, ended up being divided into minorities in 6-7 countries.
