A ballot cannot make you something that you are not. Independence is something we need to work towards. We are already a sovereign nation, this is not up for a vote. Independence is not something that can be won at the ballot box. You are either independent or you are not. The question should have been Is Scotland independent? because the vote reflected the status quo. Summing up many of the objections to being independent, people didnt feel they were independent enough to be independent. This is because they are not independent they are living under a state of hegemony and coercion. Voting for something that doesnt exist does not seem rational. We have been coerced to accept the status quo in order to survive. Until we become independent this will not change. However a huge percentage supported independence. This is 45% closing rate which is unbelievable. However a vote cannot change the status quo only you can. The wheels are in motion. Do whatever it takes to become independent. Work towards independence by building independent institutions and infrastructure one castle at a time.
