A big shout out to my support team before I hit the sack at the end of Day 3. It was sad to farewell Laura from my support team yesterday as she headed back to work after my ride into Taupo. She did an awesome job driving the support vehicle for the first two days; and also keeping you all updated with her posts (which she is still managing to do via Auckland!) Youre a Legend thank you! :). Also farewelled Genís yesterday as he heading back to Spain. Will be sad not to have Clark continue with me tomorrow; hes been with me all the way from day one, swim, bike and run (less 45k today when he had a tyre blowout). Much appreciated mate! Cheers to the Paul my cycling domestique whos been on the bike with me from the start and will be through to Wellington. Even did the ultimate domestique role of giving up a wheel and waiting for the support vehicle to pick him up when his rear skewer chewed 5 of my front wheel spokes! But Im blest that Kyle turned up to join me for the runs yesterday and today; and drive while we were running today. And a big thanks goes to Ollie who answered a late request and will be taking over driving duties tomorrow and Sunday so Kyle can head home. Thanks for following; Sorry if Im not getting a chance to response to your messages; but know that they are inspiring and much appreciated; as are your prayers!
