A big special thank you to Jackie Ezeani and Melissa Colon for nominating me to do the ALS ice bucket challenge. The basic concept of this challenge is to dump a bucket of ice water over yourself and challenge your friends to do the same. You are also challenged to donate to the charity if you are able to. The goal of this video and the many other videos that have been shared on social media these past couple of weeks is to raise awareness to the disease (also known as Lou Gehrigs disease).
