A big step towards curiosity of being. Voyager 1 stepped out of our solar system, for which it was launched 36 years ago, in 1977. Technology of that time is 100 times lower than today’s smart phones. Voyager 1 has traveled 11.3 billion miles. Carries messages in 55 languages of greetings in case any “ET life” finds it. Also carries songs, sound human heart beat, human brain EM wave, How to locate earth, how to contact us, some land marks on earth (famous buildings), some messages engraved on gold plated disk and some are stored on tape. Signal from Voyager 1 takes atleast 17 hours to reach earth. Voyager 1 has sent photographs of planets passing by, even entire solar system and will be sending signals till around 2020.
