A big thank you to our recent wedding guest who posted a wonderful review of the Crowne Plaza...see below! Reviewed August 1, 2013 NEW Our daughter was married 7/20/13 in Milford, NH. We learned that the Crowne Plaza worked with our venue and offered guest discounts for wedding guests (even though the wedding was not at the hotel). We worked with Talia who is organized, helpful, dependable and accurate. We only needed 15 hotel nights (reservations) over a 2 night period to get a free shuttle (air-conditioned coach bus) to and from the venue for guests staying at the hotel and the size of the bus depends on the number of people. We had > 50 people staying so had a large coach. The coach came on time to get everyone to the venue and arrived on schedule to get the guests back to the hotel. This is an unbelievable service to receive for no additional charge! The hotel rooms were larger than most, very clean, well furnished and we were all no more than 1-2 floors away from guests. I asked for suites for the parents of the bride and groom, and, for the entire bridal party to be on the same floor and all of these requests were accommodated. There are extras as well: This hotel offers free elegantly printed direction cards to insert in the invitation if you want them, the hotel bar is large enough to host impromptu after-parties,there are private rooms available to rent for parties as well, the salon helped us avoid a disaster when our hair stylist cancelled, there is no charge for the staff to hand out welcome boxes to wedding guests (we have seen $3, $4 and $5 per box charges). Best of all, we received dozens of compliments on the choice of hotel from our guests. The customer service from top to bottom is outstanding. We had another daughter married in Boston and could never recommend the major chain hotel we stayed at. I would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza in Nashua if you have any type of event where you really need to know your guests are well taken care off.
