A bit disappointed this morning. If someone calls, claims they are desperate and you agree to come in on a Saturday to help them. This individual should at least call to say Im sorry I cannot make it. Our volunteers give up their time to help those in need and then some of them in need are inconsiderate and do not call, re schedule or even arrive to an appointment on time. Makes you ponder if they even need help at all.
