A bit late with Friday nights report. I will post the reason behind this late report later. But first, an update of what we did on Friday night, 31st October 2014. We had 78 volunteers, mostly from Hong Leong Islamic Bank, plus Friday team and newbies, to serve 600 dinner packs and an impressive range of food treats. Thank you Penny from Fungates for sharing more than 200 large boxes of pizza with PSK. Our recipients were so happy to receive 2 large pieces of pizza each besides the other delicious treats of fried noodles, currypuffs, buns, biscuits, wafers, packet drinks, etc. Our medical team was well managed by Dr Mangalam, Raj and Zia, assisted by our usual competent volunteers. Che Na and her Pop-up Crew of hairstylists were busy at Kota Raya and Sungkai making so many people happy with cool haircuts. Thanks to Tania Yusof, we also had time to celebrate the birthdays of our volunteers who were born in October. Yummy brownies they were indeed! Everything is possible when it is done from the heart with no strings attached. Thank you guys!
