A brilliant piece in the Guardian on police reform... sums it up neatly.. Before we begin, I must warn the police officers who always write threateningly to me when I touch on their trade that I am currently using their letters, printed emails and tweets to create a vast walk-in paper police station – an installation I plan to entitle Unfortunately the Suspect Kicked Himself Down the Nick Stairs, and to enter for all the major art prizes next year.
