A broadcaster who has very strong opinions about how things should be done should be given the opportunity and the authority and the funding to do it himself/herself--and then see what happens. As it is, broadcasters tend to have a we are right and everyone else is wrong outlook. Lets hire them to do the very jobs they criticize. Hopefully, they will consider it their new careers. At present, we seem to be moving toward a broadcast dictatorship.
