A bunch of people have asked about the soup I sometimes bring with me to eat after weigh in so heres the SUPER easy recipe! 1.2 lbs ground turkey 2 cans minestrone soup 1 cup frozen corn 1 cup frozen green beans 1 small bag frozen okra 1 zucchini, chopped 1 med onion, chopped 1 small can tomato sauce Instructions: Brown the ground turkey and combine it with all the other ingredients in a crockpot. Cover with water & cook on low 6-8 hours. Garnish with 1 tbsp parmesan and crushed red pepper flakes to taste.
