A cautionary tale. Not about German Shepherds but gems to be gleaned none the less. Everyone now knows what a Malinios is since the Navy SEALs used a one to take down Bin Laden. People want them, supply will rise to meet demand and the breed will suffer. GSDs have been through this cycle and thankfully have come out the other side thanks to breeders like Lynn. It happened to Dobermans in the 70s, Rottweilers in the 80s. When a breed becomes a part of pop culture, the breed suffers.
