A child cancer patient, Francis Chang aged 10 succumbed to his disease in late August 2014. He was one of the several patients that were the faces of a campaign ran by Mix FM in partnership with MAKNA held early this year to raise funds to help children cancer patients residing in the Klang Valley who are under the non-profit’s assistance. To honour Francis’ memory and as a token and symbol of our continued support of other patients who are battling cancer, Mix FM and MAKNA are setting up a fund to benefit patients who are indeed in need of continuous and various assistance including covering treatment costs.
