A child labeled a beauty in her younger years can often battle with as many body image issued as one who was teased. Having received great attention, admiration, and acceptance for her looks, her self-worth often comes inextricably linked with her appearance. She may do what ever it takes later in life to continue to get attention this way. What are we doing to establish a sense of deep and real self-worth in our children?
