A client I recently represented wrote this about me and I thought I would share it: 229 Years ago a man named Immanuel Kant said the following, “Live your life as though your every act were to become a universal law.” This is exactly how I feel about Randi Sirlin. Randi Recently took on a case for me that had been turned down by four other lawyers, who said that it was hopeless, but they were willing to charge me large sums of money for them to “try”. Right when I thought that there was no way justice would prevail, I called Randi; and as the rest of this letter will explain she will be the only lawyer that I will use or refer people to. Personally I didn’t care much about who my lawyer was, because I just wanted my case put into my past so that I could move on with my life. Yet Randi showed that it really is the person that makes the lawyer not the law. She is a very personable lawyer. She took the time to listen to not only the issue at hand, but all issues that I had made up in my head about my case. Many times she went above and beyond when it came to work needed to be done for the case. There were many times w she contacted me to make sure not only I was on track but that I was also doing ok with the overwhelming process we call the legal system. Throughout our prep for the case I found Randi to be always available, regardless of time of day nor how silly my question may have seemed. I never once felt dumb for asking a question; rather I felt that no matter what I asked she had the answer in front of her. Her ability to always be happy when talking to me really helped me know that she had everything in hand. This was all done before I even set foot in a court room with her. Once in court, I saw a side of Randi that I didn’t know existed in such a small package. In short, I will compare Randi to that of general in the military that was commanding troops that were actively in gaged in warfare. I saw first-hand all the preparation that she must have done. She left no room for error, making sure that all resources she had were being used to their full potential on opposing council. I was amazed as I sat back and watched as she put to rest every issue brought up. She then started her defense with the precision of a surgeon accurately cutting in to the reality of my case. As her arguments took shape I saw a calm, cool, confidence that only true experience in the field provides. She was able to completely shut down the other attorney with ease. Leaving nothing to chance, exposing the truth and letting justice do the work, Randi’s win a case that previously only has a success rate of less than 3% for the whole state. I have been through several legal cases though out my life. Randi is by far and hands down the best lawyer that I have ever employed. Her knowledge of law mixed with her can do attitude made me feel very confident that I finally found a lawyer who cared about the case rather than the money that she might have been making. To anyone that is looking for a lawyer that knows the law, has the experience, and above all else will truly work for you, then you NEED Randi Sirlin.
