A client discussion yesterday about insuring their business against legal liability inspired me to share this advice. Particularly in the trades such as plumbing and contracting, and the creative sphere including graphic designers; what is equally important as a commercial general liability policy is a solid business contract that is used with every client. There are far too many verbal agreements made in some industries. A solid contract can offer great peace of mind.
