A coastal low pressure system is developing off the Mid-Atlantic coastline this evening and will bring heavy rain and even a few thunderstorms to the Northeast over the next few days. Meanwhile, a Pacific low pressure system will bring heavy rainfall (and some high elevation snow) to the Pacific Northwest.
