Sun Hung Kai (A Complaint Letter) Date: 8 December, 2014 (By Email and Mail) Dear Mrs. Au and Mr Au and SHK, Further to our letters to your company in March, 2014 concerning about my educational fund that was saved up by my parents in the past but under some unclear circumstances c/o your Company Private Sales Agreement (Kings Park Villa - Yau Ma Tei between Mrs Au & Mr. Au) that was suggested to my father to share part of the investment but our investment had been gone and without any explanation from you. This is our family’s investment on our education for my brother and me. I need to have your explanation to us. Your support and walk alongside with me are very important as you are one of my respectful relatives, but I am very disappointed on you because you ought to be respected by me but you made up this messy under your Company’s Private Sales Arrangement c/o Mrs. Au with my father in the past. I want to ask one important question about Mrs Au and Mr. Aus feeling and responsibilities as my respectful relatives - Have you ever been considering about your Company’s feeling and responsibilities because of their Private Sales Agreement and your wrong doing and hurting others on the followings: 1. Code of conduct and liability. 2. Health and Safety issues due to the negligence, and 3. Duty of care by Mr and Mrs. Au c/o your company on the Private Sales Arrangement on Kings Park Villa - Yau Ma Tei - Code of conduct and duty of care. I need to have your explanation. Brian is having financial difficulty for the living, he needs you to help him to overcome the challenges. We are coming from the same root of a family, but is it what your concept about that family for? You are my respectful Uncle and Auntie, you are owing me the explanation on our family’s investment.
