A constant prayer of mine is to be purified so that I may be used as a vessel for God. I thank God for a spirit of obedience. If not for that I would have missed an opportunity to be used and blessed. This evening I was driving on Empire blvd. I came to a stop on the corner of Rogers. I looked out the passenger side window and saw a woman standing at the bus stop holding a sleeping child. An inner voice said, stop and ask her where she is going. I replied, I dont know her. The voice said, stop and ask here where she is going. I said, but she doesnt know me, she will never get into my car. Once again the voice said, stop and ask her where she is going. So I pulled over and did just that. She said, Kingston between Atlantic and Pacific. I asked her if I could give her a ride. She then put her daughter in my nieces car seat and we headed off. I then told her, God wanted me to give you a ride. She then said, I was praying for the bus to come. I responded, God answers prayers in many different ways. She then explained her treacherous commute and how long she was waiting for the bus. We continued and a few minutes into the ride, I heard her mumbling nine oclock and curfew. I looked down at the clock and it read 8:57 pm and asked her, do you have other children? She responded, no, this is my only daughter, but I live in a shelter and my curfew is 9:00 pm. We all know that means doors will close and you will not be allowed in. She then said, since I never break curfew if I arrive a few minutes after nine I will be okay. When I dropped her off I looked down at the clock again and it read 9:08 pm. An anointed man recently said, What will you do with your material gifts? Will you share them with others? I thank God that he used me in that moment. :)
