A country where old men are the leaders of tomorrow. A country where corruption has a mansion, feels at home and has even reached the level of impunity. A country where graduates are KEKE NAPEP riders. A country that gives no hope for education. A country that God will visit first on the judgement day if the leaders dont change. A country that is living on the past glory. A country that is denied its merit as the most corrupt country in the world. A country that celebrates criminality. A country that negotiates with terrrorists. A country where the rich are getting richer and the poor getting poorer. A country that practises democracy where freedom of speech is guaranteed but freedom after speech is a different ball game. A country that its citizens prefer to be in prisons in foreign countries to staying in it(instead of living in it). A country that results come out before elections. A country where a Biologist can be a minister of aviation and an English language lecturer will be made a minister of Health. Nothing is professionalised. A country where truth is always sentenced to death. A country where light (Electricity) is celebrated like a festival when we see it. A country where anything that goes up doesnt come down(law of gravity, where are you?) A country where politicians always promise to build bridges where there are no rivers. A country that wealth is acquired and stored for un-born children. A country where those (teachers, lecturers,etc) who laid foundations for our success are forgotten. A country where a leader will be richer than those under his/ her tutelage(people who voted for him/her). PERSONAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA, I HAIL OOOOO! A country that is 5 kilometres away from hell fire. But God will help us in Jesus name, Amen
