A couple days ago I started making pushups a part of my day. As soon as my feet touch the ground when I get out of bed in the morning, and right before Im about to go to bed, I started with 10 explosive pushups (throw myself as far off the ground as I can), and every day I add 2 more. So Im at 24 today and its starting to get a little tough, but I wanna be able to do 100 normal pushups without stopping, at some point. Feel free to steal my idea (: if you cant do explosive pushups, do a regular one. If you cant do a regular one, do it with your knees on the ground. If thats too Easy, do pushups with your hands on your bed, and your feet on the ground; it allows you to carry less of your body weight in comparison to being completely on the ground. But either way, try to pick a workout that you can do every day, even if it doesnt work up a sweat. As long as youre progressing, no matter how slowly, youre improving. Keep moving forward!
