A couple of head to head HIT circuits went on this morning, a good rivalry is brewing amongst the gym. TIP: If your goals are to strip fat, but keep your muscle intact as to not loose your new found strength. High intense Interval training is going to be a much better option then prolonged cardio. Not only will it strip fat, but also rapidly increase lung capacity and your respiratory rate within the body. If you are willing to push yourself it can also be done in a fraction of the time. DONT HOLD BACK!!
