A couple of week ago I commented on the horrible experience Lila and I had at Rooms To Go. This week I got a call from a representative of Rooms To Go from their corporate headquarters. He stated that he had read my Facebook comment and the company would be sending me eight of the five inch legs for the bed at no cost to me. He was very polite and I thanked him and told him that I was happy with their decision. The legs arrived within four or five days. I guess that it effective to comment on Facebook or some other social media. Just wanted to let all of you that read the previous comment that Lila and I feel a little better about our dealings with Rooms To Go.
