A covered indoor pool can be done easily and relatively quickly and inexpensively. They did one in Collingwood and just like the igloo model across from Cottinghams only sturdier. Al and I are going up there after the election and can bring back details on why they chose that model, how they did it and how they raised funds if you like. I have a lot of experience writing grants and will offer my services. I do think we should involve the community in the fundraising effort like they did with the area when my dad and all his friends started it way back when. They even fundraised by the brick back then. We do need a meeting of all those interested to decide for certain what we want to do, when and to organize ourselves properly so we can avail ourselves of more available grants. I know the business community will get behind this effort as well. Its so exciting to see so many people express a desire to come together to do this.
