A crash on 1-96 in southwest #Michigan left two people dead late last week. After further investigation, it turns out the man that caused the accident should not have been driving. A family friend says the driver didnt have a license or insurance. He lost his license after a recent crash then failed the written test to get it reinstated. Neighbors are calling for a better testing procedure to avoid incidents like this.
