A creative way to catalog all the upcoming adventures you’ll have is to keep them safe and tidy in a decorated mason jar. Each time you get out of your comfort zone or try something new, write it down on a strip of paper place it inside your jar. You can even color-code your memories -- red for a time you spoke up, blue for a time you faced your fears, purple for learning a new skill -- you get the idea!
