A cut from Bello, A Special Adviser on Media to the Governor of Lagos State in reply to Dele Momodu Seven Years of Fashola: My Take Away (1)” published on page 9 of Saturday November 8, 2014 edition of THISDAY To return to the “issues”, Governor Fashola will be the first to admit that there is still a lot of work to be done and that the infrastructure deficit engendered by years of military dictatorship and a growing population without corresponding growth or renewal of the infrastructure will take a while to sort out. From the outset, he laid out his vision to run a government of method and not a government of quick fixes. Every progressive government borrows. Today, the United States of America is the biggest debtor nation in the world yet the most powerful. That country dictates the global power equation yet it owes trillions of dollars. However these morons and dr cohort are quick to blame president jonathan for all Nigeria woes. If dey couldnt perform a magic in lagos in 8 yrs ao cum should dey expect President jonathan to fix all our woes in 4 yrs.
