A day in the life of... Me... when im not comp prepping, just maintaining a healthy bod ready for my wedding in April Wednesday: -4.30am - wake up (much to my partners dismay), glass of warm lemmon water -4.45am - steak fillet fat free, almonds, vitamins -5.30am - drive to PT -6am-6.45am - get my ass kicked by my Coach, drink pre workout & intra workout -7.30/8am - 1/3rd cup oats, banana & protein shake or protein on the oats -11.30am - Lunch (chicken/veg/rice cooked up yummyy) - 3pm - 2nd lunch (high protein meal, chicken & veg) -6pm - dinner (today im treating myself to a healthg home cooked curry, no rice/carbs) -8pm - 1/2 cup whites Omlette, before bed vitamins
