A day in the life of ... Texting a new social media friend he was asking about the Project 10 Challenge he is a BIG juicer advocate its trying to lose 20 lbs is frustrated its not happening and isnt seeing results in the gym I start asking about the juicing older juicers pull out all the pulp and nutrients if you toss that - youre tossing all the good stuff New mixers - throw in whole fruits and veggies your keeping skins and nutrients he then says he is STARVING after juicing yep - you threw out the fiber that would have kept you full and satisfied and there are no protein building blocks in just juicing to keep you full satisfied and FUELED he asked why hes not seeing muscle build for all the gym work again - no protein you rip muscle lifting, working out if your not refeeding that muscle post workout nothing to build on, minimal muscle development again, juicing isnt the answer best question for last: How much $$ is this gonna set me back I asked, how much are you spending a month for food He literally said $240 per month Honestly, that is nearly half the amount the average US male spends per month so I said, 3 meals a day x 30 days = 90 meals He was averaging $2.67 meal WOW, do you (the reader) eat that cheaply?? I didnt ask what exactly he was eating maybe this was why he wasnt seeing results with his fitness goals? Anyway, I then pointed out that while on the Challenge hed be eating 2 shake meals a day for $1.66 per shake on average so while many say I cant afford this or this is too expensive even on my friends meager food budget the Challenge will save him money!! And help him quickly lose those 20 lbs and build lean muscle we are the only shake patented to lose weight and build lean muscle all at the same time This is just food cheaper great nutrition guarantee money back results So, why again havent you started?? #ViRockStar
