A day with much needed prayer as we have many decisions to be made. Bevs brain stem tumor is at a risky position in that it has already taken on blood supply from her spinal cord. Meeting of local neurosurgeons and oncologist to see if surgery would be possible without permanent damage, tho without, it can cause paralysis and it is her melanoma growing. I will be meeting with her current oncologist Dr in SF today to seek his opinion and to try to put all of these pieces of this puzzle together. Transferring her care locally? Over to Sf? What Dr/care? Tho the chemo drug shes on is new and recently approved by the FDA, it will be difficult to find a local oncologist who is familiar with this drug, but with God its possible. If not, she gets transported to SF. Would love for her to be treated locally, but God is in control of all of this and we need His will and wisdom in these decisions. Thanks friends
