A familiar scenario for online sellers: The good you have sold is registered as received and payed for but you are still expected to refund the money when the buyer calls for a charge-back. Paypal sides with the buyer and your funds are frozen. Ultimately conventional payment service providers and credit card transactions offer no real protection for sellers, but now there are alternatives: Use a service like Fizzpay, let them check things out, provide financial guarantees and transact via a direct bank transfer which cant be cancelled or charged back.
